Turn2Watt develops projects related to the optimization of bifacial vertical solar production. In a context of circular economy, of saving heavy and costly technical infrastructures, the team devotes part of its research to the recycling and reuse of materials (wind turbine blades). The incubator is also considering products suitable for temporary solar power plants, self-cleaning alpine power plants, low static roof equipment, suitable for light oscillating structures mounted on cables.
Vertical solar fence – Wood
Our Fence product is a bifacial vertical panel, installed like a fence. It combines aesthetics and solar electricity production. A reference standard modular product for vertical solar installations, competitive in terms of price, quick to install and easy to manage.
Wind turbine blade carport
The Blade carport uses an end-of-life wind turbine blade as a support for solar panels. With particularly resistant properties, the structure is used instead of metal beams. The strength of the blades allows for large-scale installations, covering large areas with minimal land use thanks to spaced foundations. A cheaper and more sustainable approach for our energy future.
Alpine Solar - The Aluminum Solar Cross
Adapted to the alpine environment and to significant snowfall, our solar cross will be able to meet the needs and constraints of a high mountain solar installation.
